Q: What is the warranty?
A: We will provide 1 year free warranty, lifelong service.
Within 1 year, any problem, you just need to take photos and videos, we will guide you how to fix, if need new replacement parts, will send you by courier for free.
After 1 year, we will provide service too, just the spare parts not free.
Q: If some parts break and need to be changed, where should I get them? Do I need to pay?
A: if some parts break, we will send new new one to you. if it is in warrany, we will give them for free. if out of the warranty, you need to pay for them.
Q: What should I do if the warranty period has expired?
A: We provide 1 year warranty and lifetime service. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions. However, if you need to replace the parts after the warranty period, you will need to pay for the parts and shipping costs.
Q: what's the maintenance for the chamber?
A: For the chamber, we suggest add the cover, so it can protect the exterior clean;
And for internal, you can use a deodorizing and antibacterial spray, or alcohol to wipe it and let it dry;
For concentrator, you just need to change filters in time
There are 2 filter back of machine, it is first fiter and HEPA filter
For first filter, It is recommended to wash once a week in warm water and soap. Be sure to thoroughly dry the filter before replacing. And suggest to change it every 6 months.
For HEPA filter, it can not clean by water, suggest to change it every 3000 hours.
When we make the delivery, each machine will comes with 1pc extra first filters and 1pc of extra HEPA filter for replacement.
